  1. Your hook or sentence that continues the idea from the thoughts of the authors in your summaries to your own thoughts about the topic.
  2. Your Topic Sentence of your essay.
  3. Your Thesis Statement which must list your 2 or 3 reasons for your perspective. Remember that your Body Paragraphs must follow the order of your Thesis Statement. Your Thesis Statement can be one sentence or two or three, depending on how you wish to construct it. But it must have two or three supporting reasons for your main topic.
